The Public-Private Partnership Department Director is responsible for leading the development and execution of public-private partnership initiatives that support capital projects and long-term infrastructure delivery. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships, enabling investment opportunities, and ensuring alignment with government priorities and project governance requirements. The position sits within the Capital Projects Governance and Planning Sector.ResponsibilitiesLead the department’s strategy for public-private partnership initiatives and related project opportunities.Develop and manage partnership frameworks that support government-led capital projects.Identify, evaluate, and advance partnership and investment opportunities with the private sector.Work with internal and external stakeholders to support project development, structuring, and implementation.Ensure partnership initiatives align with strategic objectives, governance requirements, and delivery priorities.Oversee coordination of studies, proposals, and business cases related to partnership projects.Support decision-making through clear reporting, analysis, and recommendations.Contribute to strengthening the organization’s capability in partnership-led project delivery.QualificationsBachelor’s degree with 9 years of experience.Strong background in public-private partnerships, capital projects, or infrastructure development.Experience in project governance, investment coordination, or strategic planning.Ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage complex cross-functional initiatives.Knowledge of government project environments and partnership models is preferred.
