Company Description Mortgage Pro is a home financing specialist in the UAE focused on making the mortgage process clear, efficient, and accessible. The team delivers personalized mortgage solutions tailored to each client’s financial goals and property needs. With competitive rates and streamlined processes, Mortgage Pro supports clients through every stage of the home-buying journey. The company emphasizes honesty, transparency, and professionalism, creating a trustworthy environment for clients and team members alike.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mortgage Broker role based in Abu Dhabi. The Mortgage Broker will advise clients on suitable mortgage products, assess financial situations, and present tailored financing options. Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients, collecting and analyzing documentation, preparing applications, and coordinating with banks and other financial institutions to secure approvals. The role involves managing the end-to-end mortgage process, from initial consultation through closing, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements. The Mortgage Broker will also support business growth through networking, relationship management, and participation in mortgage marketing activities.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Mortgage Brokerage and Mortgage Brokers, with experience advising clients on mortgage products and processes.Candidates should possess skills in Finance, including financial analysis, affordability assessment, and understanding of UAE mortgage regulations.Candidates should possess skills in Debt Consolidation, with the ability to structure refinancing solutions to optimize clients’ overall debt profiles.Candidates should possess skills in Mortgage Marketing and Brokerage, including client acquisition, relationship management, and collaboration with real estate and banking partners.Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field are beneficial.Strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and client-focused service orientation are required.Previous experience in the UAE mortgage or banking sector and proficiency in English; Arabic or other language skills are an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, meet performance targets, and uphold ethical and regulatory standards.
