The company combines world-class international expertise with strong local insight to create high-value partnerships and engaging retail environments in airports, railway stations, and other travel hubs.Role Description:This full-time, on-site Sales Associate or Senior Sales Associate role is based in Dubai and focuses on providing outstanding customer service to travellers. The role involves welcoming customers, identifying their needs, and offering suitable products and services across various retail categories while consistently meeting sales targets. Daily responsibilities include operating the point-of-sale system, handling cash and card transactions accurately, and maintaining visual merchandising standards to ensure an appealing store presentation. The Sales Associate or Senior Sales Associate supports inventory management by replenishing stock, monitoring product levels, and participating in regular stock checks. The role also requires adherence to company policies and procedures, active participation in promotional activities, and collaboration with colleagues to create a positive, efficient, and service-oriented store environment.QualificationsStrong customer service and sales abilities, with a proven track record of engaging with diverse customers and achieving sales objectives.Good communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen, explain product features clearly, and build rapport with travellers.Basic retail operations skills, such as point-of-sale handling, cash management, and attention to detail in transactions and stock handling.Ability to maintain store presentation, follow visual merchandising guidelines, and support promotional and marketing activities in-store.Previous experience in Luxury bags or fashion retail, or customer-facing roles; experience in travel retail or airport environments is an advantage.Fluency in English is must; knowledge of additional languages commonly spoken by travellers in Dubai is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in retail, sales, or customer service are beneficial.
