The successful candidate will also be highly comfortable working in structured, content-heavy environments and brings rigour, judgement and consistency to everything they produce.Key responsibilitiesLead the design of white papers, research reports, social media assets, and video editingCreate compelling graphic designs for print, digital, and other mediaWork with the Creative Director and Digital team to develop creative campaign and design concepts that deliver on brand guidelines and client aspirationAssist client and new business projects by creating visually appealing, high-quality content with Adobe Creative Suite under the design team's guidanceSupport the Account and internal Marketing teams with graphic design needsAdapt design assets to fit the formats and dimensions of various platform placementsIdentify, recommend and implement new techniques and technologies in line with industry design trends to enhance the quality of our workRequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Arts, Design or related field5-7 years of practical graphic design experience, with agency background preferredFluent in both Arabic and EnglishStrong understanding of typography, colour, and visual layoutEffective in communicating design decisions to colleagues and clientsProficient in Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesignStrong attention to detailSkilled in prioritizing tasksOrganized, team-oriented, and able to work well in a fast-paced environmentUp-to-date with the latest advancements in the design industryIf you want to work for the agency of the future, looking for a fresh challenge and want to shape the future of the communications industry, the Sandpiper team would like to have a coffee with you.
