Manager, Business Development – AI & Space Ground StationsLocation: UAE | Full-time, permanent About the roleBusiness Development Manager with an engineering background to grow our AI and space ground systems portfolio across the UAE and region. You'll be the technical face with government and defence customers—shaping credible solutions and converting them into contracts.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify and pursue opportunities in AI-enabled space and ground segment systems (ground stations, mission control, data processing)Lead technical discussions with customersShape solutions with engineering teams and partners (architecture, integration, delivery)Own capture: bid strategy, proposals, pricing, presentationsBuild senior relationships with ministries, space agencies, armed forces and primesMap competitors (Airbus, L3Harris, Lockheed Martin) and position our offeringManage pipeline and forecast accuratelyWork with local partners on in-country participationEssentialDegree in engineering, computer science, physics or relatedBackground in AI/ML, space ground systems, SATCOM or systems integrationExperience in solution architecture or client-facing technical roles, ideally moving into BD/captureSystems-level thinking and solution-oriented approachTrack record of owning a bid, account or programmeStrong communication with technical and executive audiences
