This role supports day-to-day operations across the kitchen and service areas, ensuring equipment, utensils, and workspaces are maintained to company standards. Responsibilities include assisting with basic food preparation and cooking tasks, operating and maintaining dishwashing equipment, and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in back-of-house areas.
