Job position: Risk & Safety EngineerJob Location: Abu DhabiYears of Experience: 5-8 yrs of proven experience in preparing complex technical safety studies for Oil and Gas projects (Onshore & Offshore)Qualification: Bachelor or Masters in Chemical Engineering / Process Safety or equivalentSkills: Strong Interpersonal Skills with good verbal & written communication in EnglishProject Management: Capable to handle, lead/manage and execute Onshore and Offshore QRA and Safety Studies independentlySoftware Skills: Must have proven hand on experience in the following software, as a minimum:PHAST/SAFETIBow-tie XP or THESISFLARESIMJob DescriptionInvolved in managing and executing technical studies for various projects within the field of competencies as detailed below:Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA)Consequence Modeling/ Fire Risk Assessment Studies (FERA)Building Risk Assessment (BRA)Escape, Evacuation and Rescue Analysis (EERA)Flare Radiation & Dispersion AnalysisALARP Study COMAH/Safety Case StudiesPHA/ Bow-tie Analysis (would be a valuable plus)3D F&G Mapping Studies (would be a valuable plus)Dropped Object Studies (would be a valuable plus)Emergency Systems Survivability Analysis (ESSA) (would be a valuable plus)
