A leading heavy-duty trucking company based in Abu Dhabi is looking for an HR Executive to join the team on an immediate basis.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across recruitment, sourcing and onboarding, together with a solid understanding of UAE labour and HR regulations.Key Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing• Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews with candidates• Manage onboarding and joining formalities for new employees• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation• Ensure HR processes remain compliant with UAE labour regulations• Support day-to-day HR administration and employee-related mattersRequirements:• Previous experience in an HR Executive / HR Generalist role• Strong recruitment and candidate sourcing experience• Hands-on onboarding experience• Good understanding of UAE labour laws and HR regulations• Strong communication and organisational skills• Ability to join immediately• Previous experience within logistics, transportation, trucking or a similar industry would be advantageousLocation: Abu DhabiAvailability: Immediate joiners preferred
