About the Role:We are hiring an experienced Structural Draftsman to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will prepare structural shop, construction, and as-built drawings from engineer-approved designs, working closely with structural engineers and site teams to ensure accuracy and constructability.Key Responsibilities:Prepare structural shop, construction, and as-built drawings from engineer-approved designs for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, stairs, and other applicable elements.Develop plans, sections, details, and reinforcement drawings where required; coordinate structural interfaces with architecture, MEP, civil, and landscape drawings.Incorporate consultant comments, RFIs, and approved site changes; check dimensions, levels, annotations, and drawing revisions before submission.Coordinate with structural engineers and site teams to resolve drawing discrepancies and capture verified as-built information.Requirements:Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Drafting, or a related discipline — or equivalent relevant experience.2–5 years of structural drafting and detailing experience, including construction or shop drawing production.Strong AutoCAD skills, sound knowledge of structural elements and reinforcement detailing, and the ability to interpret engineer-approved structural drawings.
