Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Data Officer / Business Intelligence Director to lead data management, analytics strategies, and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will transform business data into actionable insights to support decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead the company's data and business intelligence strategies.Oversee data management, analytics, and reporting activities.Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities.Develop dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.Ensure data accuracy, security, and governance.Lead and manage the data analytics and BI team.Collaborate with management and departments to support business decisions.Identify opportunities to improve business processes through data insights.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.Relevant experience in data analytics or business intelligence management.Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and data visualization tools.Understanding of data governance, database management, and analytics.Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.Excellent leadership and communication abilities.Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects.
