We are looking for a competent and experienced Accountant to join our team in the UAE.Candidate Profile:• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.• Relevant experience in the Property Management or Hospitality/Hotel industry.• Experience in handling financial transactions, accounting records, billing, collections and reconciliations.• Ability to deal professionally with residents, tenants, landlords and government authorities.• Good understanding of UAE accounting practices, statutory requirements and regulatory procedures.• Strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.Preferred Qualifications:• Previous work experience in the UAE is highly preferred.• Candidates with Asian nationalities are preferred.• Experience in managing tenant accounts, rental collections, service charges and property-related financial matters will be an advantage.What We Are Looking For:A proactive, responsible and detail-oriented professional who can independently manage accounting responsibilities while effectively coordinating with tenants, residents, management and external authorities.
