Confidential Search – MENA RegionBusiness Umbrella Group is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a client in the energy and industrial sector. A major energy / industrial organisation is seeking a CHRO to lead workforce strategy across technical operations, safety-critical functions and industrial growth programmes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise HR strategy for technical and operational teams.Build succession plans for engineering, operations and plant leadership.Oversee HR governance, capability building, retention and localisation.Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.Requirements15+ years in HR leadership within energy, utilities, industrial or manufacturing environments.Exposure to safety-critical, regulated operations.Proven record of leading senior teams and influencing C-suite and board stakeholders.Degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is an advantage.GCC / MENA experience strongly preferred.What's on OfferSenior leadership mandate with direct access to the top team.Competitive executive package aligned to seniority.On-site role within the MENA region.How to ApplyApply via LinkedIn with your updated CV.
