Senior Electrician – O&M PowerLocation: UAEFunction: Operations & Maintenance / PowerJob Family: Engineering / Electrical MaintenanceJob SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Electrician – O&M Power to support the maintenance, repair, inspection, and reliable operation of electrical distribution systems.The role will focus on diagnosing electrical faults, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting power outage restoration activities, and ensuring all work is completed in line with safety and operational procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair electrical faults while minimizing downtime and operational disruption.Carry out routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems.Monitor electrical equipment performance and ensure systems operate within specified parameters.Support scheduled and unscheduled power outages and restoration activities.Follow established operational procedures for safe and reliable system performance.Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, incidents, and system performance.Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and implement corrective actions.Identify and recommend improvements or upgrades to electrical systems.Prepare operational and maintenance reports for relevant stakeholders.Support team members and ensure assigned work is completed in accordance with established procedures.Contribute to process improvement, operational excellence, innovation, and safety initiatives.RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.Experience in electrical maintenance and repair.Strong technical knowledge of electrical power systems and equipment.Good understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations.Strong troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.English language proficiency required.Key SkillsElectrical Maintenance, Electrical Troubleshooting, Power Distribution, Electrical Systems, Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Fault Diagnosis, Electrical Testing, Power Outage Management, Electrical Safety, Risk Assessment, Maintenance Reporting, O&M, Power Systems, Electrical Equipment, Operations & Maintenance.Electrical Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, Power Distribution, Power Systems, Electrical Troubleshooting, Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Fault Finding, Electrical Testing, Operations & Maintenance, Electrical Safety, Maintenance & Repair, Risk Assessment, Technical Maintenance, Electrical Equipment, Power Outages, Maintenance Management, Troubleshooting, Engineering Maintenance, Safety Compliance.
