Required Technical Skills· Strong experience in LLM application engineering and Generative AI development.· Hands-on expertise in RAG architecture, semantic search, embeddings, chunking, retrieval strategies, and vector databases.· Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and prompt architecture.· Experience designing and implementing AI agents and agentic workflows.· Experience with LLM evaluation, grounding, guardrails, and hallucination mitigation.· Experience with vector databases, preferably pgvector or equivalent technologies.· Understanding of multi-model and multi-stage LLM pipeline design.· Strong programming skills in Python and experience developing production-grade APIs/services.· Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and knowledge repositories.· Practical experience with modern AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex.· Familiarity with LLM providers, model selection, inference patterns, token/context management, and cost- performance optimization.· Knowledge of AI application observability, evaluation metrics, and production monitoring.Preferred Skills· Experience with forecasting, predictive analytics, risk analysis, or anomaly/conflict detection.· Experience implementing enterprise AI governance and responsible AI practices.· Knowledge of AI security, prompt injection defense, data protection, and access-control mechanisms.· Experience with cloud platforms and containerized/cloud-native application architectures.· Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and MLOps practices.· Experience building AI solutions that require auditable outputs and source-level traceability.Key Competencies· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.· Ability to convert ambiguous business problems into practical AI architectures.· Strong understanding of AI system trade-offs involving accuracy, latency, cost, security, and scalability.· Ability to rapidly evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine their enterprise applicability.· Strong communication and collaboration skills.· A hands-on engineering mindset with a focus on delivering production-ready AI solutions, not just prototypes.ExperienceRecommended: 5+ years of software/AI engineering experience, with significant hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLM applications, RAG, and agentic AI systems.Success ProfileThe successful candidate will be someone who can independently take an AI use case from problem definition → architecture → prototype → evaluation → production implementation → monitoring and continuous improvement, while ensuring that the resulting solution is reliable, secure, explainable, and scalable
