About this opportunityAt Gleeds in the UAE are inviting applications to be considered for future Data Centre opportunities. We will have roles open at various levels for qualified MRICS chartered Cost Management professionals who are passionate about Data Centre project delivery.Who we’re looking for:Experience, Knowledge And Key Skills5+ years’ experience with a consultancy organisation2+ years experience living and working in the GCCSound knowledge and practical experience of cost estimating and planning.Extensive project experience in Data CentresPractical knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies.Sound knowledge and experience of post-contract cost management tasksClear and effective communication skills - both oral and writtenAbility to absorb complex information and assess requirements readilyAbility to work as part of a team QualificationsDegree in Quantity Surveying or project management MRICS or equivalent chartered statusMiddle East project experienceArabic language skills desirableNative English level written and oral skillsAbout usA world of opportunityGleeds is a place to be part of something bigger.
