At Electra we need talented people that will share our strategy to be the obvious partner contracting for local & international players who wish to set up an event within the GCC.The CNC Detailer is responsible for preparing precise technical drawings and documentation for CNC machines, ensuring accurate production of components as per design specifications. The role involves working closely with design, engineering, and production teams to translate concepts into detailed CNC-ready files, ensuring high quality, efficiency, and compliance with standards.Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed CNC drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions from design concepts or CAD files. Convert engineering drawings into CNC machine-readable formats (G-code, CAM files). Collaborate with designers, engineers, and production teams to ensure accuracy and manufacturability. Verify dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications before production. Update and maintain CNC design documentation and revision records. Troubleshoot and resolve CNC programming issues in collaboration with machine operators. Ensure adherence to company quality standards and production timelines. Maintain and organize technical files, drawings, and project documentation. Suggest improvements in design or process to optimize CNC production efficiency. Support production planning by providing accurate lead time and material requirements.Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a CNC Detailer, CNC Programmer, or in a related technical role. Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or CNC Programming. Certifications in CAD/CAM software or CNC operations are a plus. Graduate or diploma from a recognized technical institute. Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar). Experience with CAM software and CNC machine programming. Basic knowledge of CNC machinery, tooling, and manufacturing processes.Key Competencies Strong technical and drawing skills Attention to detail and accuracy Analytical and problem-solving abilities Good communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of CNC machining processes and standards Time management and project coordinationGeneral Obligations towards Health, Safety and Environment You will correctly use machinery, appliances, tools, transport, and all equipment issued bythe company. You will correctly use personal protective equipment supplied by the company. You will not remove any safety devices for any machinery or installations. You will perform all tasks set forth by safety and environmental regulations and thuscooperate with Electra to ensure a working environment and condition that do not poseany risks in terms of health, safety and environment to others.
