We are instructed by a leading international law firm in their search for a Debt Capital Markets Associate to join its established Middle East practice, based in Dubai.This is an excellent opportunity for a talented DCM lawyer to join a highly regarded international team, advising on sophisticated debt capital markets transactions across the Middle East and wider international markets. The role offers exposure to a dynamic practice and the opportunity to develop within a leading global legal environment.The RoleThe successful candidate will join the firm's Middle East Debt Capital Markets practice, working alongside experienced practitioners on a range of complex and high-profile transactions.The role will involve:Advising on debt capital markets transactions within an international practice.Supporting the execution and structuring of DCM matters, working closely with colleagues and clients across relevant jurisdictions.Drafting and reviewing transaction documentation and providing clear, commercially focused legal advice.Collaborating with partners, colleagues and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality work on complex transactions.Contributing to the continued development of the practice in the Middle East.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will have:3–5 years' post-qualification experience in debt capital markets.Experience gained within a leading international law firm or a top-tier international DCM team.A strong grounding in debt capital markets work and experience operating in a sophisticated transactional environment.Excellent intellectual ability, analytical skills and attention to detail.A strong academic background, including a degree from a top-tier university.The ability to work effectively as part of an international team and manage demanding workloads in a fast-paced environment.Experience in the United Arab Emirates or wider Middle East market would be advantageous, but is not essential.
