This is a full-time, on-site Steward role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Steward will support day-to-day food and beverage operations, including setting up service areas, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring timely and courteous service to guests and staff. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in dining and kitchen areas, handling dishwashing and equipment cleaning, and replenishing supplies as needed. The role also involves working closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations, following safety and sanitation standards, and supporting special events or functions as required. The Steward is expected to uphold high standards of customer service and represent the company’s values in all interactions.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.Candidates should possess Food & Beverage and Food Service skills to support daily service operations and basic food handling.Candidates should possess Training experience or a willingness to participate in ongoing Training to follow company procedures and safety standards.Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices in food service environments.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per operational requirements.Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or facility services is an advantage but not mandatory.Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry out manual tasks safely.High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification preferred.
