Corporate M&A Lawyer, In-house, Dubai (confidential search)Legal Route is running a confidential search for a UAE group hiring an in-house corporate M&A lawyer in Dubai. The client is not named at this stage.The roleLead and support mergers, acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and corporate restructurings across the GCC, from first structuring through to completionDraft and negotiate share and asset purchase, joint venture, shareholders', subscription and investment agreementsRun due diligence and manage external counsel, financial advisers and regulatorsCorporate structuring and governance across several jurisdictions, including board and shareholder mattersReports to a Senior Legal Counsel, who reports to the Head of LegalWho it suits7 or more years in practice at associate or senior associate level, with a clear M&A specialisation shown by your dealsTrained at a leading international or regional law firm; in-house M&A years count the sameUAE and wider GCC transaction experience is essentialArabic, read and drafted, is wanted; Saudi deal experience is a plusAn LLB or equivalent; an LLM is an advantageThe package is discussed in confidence on first contact.This search is handled in confidence by Legal Route.
