We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architectural Engineer – High-Rise Specialist to lead the design and coordination of complex high rise building projects. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role within the architectural team, overseeing design development, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating multidisciplinary project delivery.This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and a proven track record in delivering large-scale and high-rise developments.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage architectural design activities for high-rise building projects from concept through construction documentation. Develop and review detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and design presentationsusing industry-standard software. Ensure design compliance with UAE/local building codes, authority regulations, and international best practices. Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery. Review and validate construction documentation, shop drawings, and material submittals. Provide technical guidance during project execution and support site teams as required. Mentor and supervise junior architects and engineers, fostering professional development. Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure successfulproject outcomes.Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering (Master's Degree preferred). Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with significant involvement in high-rise orlarge-scale developments. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, and Photoshop. In-depth knowledge of UAE building regulations, local authority approval processes, andmodern construction methodologies. Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Competencies Experience working within an engineering consultancy environment. Strong understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
