About Everything CoffeeEverything Coffee is a one-stop destination for the coffee industry. We supply coffee equipment for cafés, roasteries, home baristas, and everyday coffee lovers, and we also offer service, maintenance, and consulting. We are growing our online presence and looking for an organized, detail-focused E-commerce Executive to join our team in Dubai.About the RoleYou will own our product catalog across our Shopify store and marketplaces (Amazon and Noon). You’ll make sure every product is listed accurately, looks great, and stays in stock, working closely with our web and inventory teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAdd and update products on our Shopify store, including titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and imagesWrite clear, engaging, SEO-friendly product descriptionsEdit and prepare product images using Photoshop or FigmaKeep the product catalog organized with correct categories, collections, tags, and variantsList and manage products on Amazon (Seller Central) and NoonKeep inventory levels accurate across all channels by coordinating with the inventory teamSupport order fulfillment by coordinating with the inventory and operations teamMaintain customer and order records in the CRMMonitor listings for errors, out-of-stock items, and outdated informationRequirements2+ year of experience in an e-commerce role (preferred)Hands-on experience with ShopifyExperience managing listings and inventory on Amazon and/or NoonBasic understanding of e-commerce operations and SEOWorking knowledge of a CRM systemBasic skills in Photoshop or Figma for editing product imagesStrong attention to detail and good organizational skillsBased in DubaiCompany: Everything CoffeeLocation: Dubai, UAESalary: Up to AED 4,000 + Commission
