ABOUT K4 GROUPK4 Group is a Dubai-based Design & Build company specializing in luxury interior fit-out, construction, MEP, joinery, marble works, maintenance and property services. We deliver residential, commercial and hospitality projects across the UAE through our integrated in-house teams.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for an experienced MEP Estimator with strong UAE experience in MEP estimation and tendering, particularly within fit-out and construction projects.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and BOQs.• Prepare MEP quantity take-offs, BOQs and cost estimates.• Estimate Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical and Plumbing works.• Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.• Assist with tender submissions, cost analysis and value engineering.• Coordinate with Design, Procurement and Project teams.• Ensure estimates comply with project requirements and UAE standards.REQUIREMENTS• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.• 5–7 years of experience, including UAE MEP Estimation experience.• Experience in interior fit-out or construction projects is mandatory.• Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, tendering and costing.• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel; PlanSwift or similar is an advantage.• Good knowledge of UAE authority requirements and local construction practices.
