Job OverviewSalayel Hospitality is seeking courteous, professional, and responsible Valet Attendants to deliver a seamless arrival and departure experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of handling guest vehicles with care while maintaining brand and service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing a professional first and last impressionSafely park, retrieve, and position guest vehicles in designated areasMaintain accurate key control and vehicle tracking proceduresAssist guests with directions, luggage support, and general inquiries when requiredEnsure driveways, entrances, and parking areas are kept clean and organizedFollow all traffic, safety, and hotel operating proceduresReport vehicle damage, incidents, or guest concerns to the supervisor immediatelyCoordinate closely with Front Office, Security, and Concierge teamsDeliver consistent service in line with Salayel Hospitality standardsCandidate RequirementsPrevious experience as a Valet Attendant or in a hospitality/service role is preferredValid UAE driving license (mandatory)Strong knowledge of local roads and areas in Abu DhabiAbility to drive both automatic and manual vehiclesGood communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage)Professional appearance and positive attitudePhysically fit and able to stand for long periods and work outdoorsWillingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidaysWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and service charge (as applicable)Opportunity to work with a growing hospitality groupProfessional and supportive working environmentCareer development opportunities within Salayel Hospitality
