Company DescriptionSofitel Al Hamra Beach ResortJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Linen Runner to join our housekeeping team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our linens, ensuring that all items meet our high quality standards. As a Linen Runner, you will work independently and collaboratively with the housekeeping team to support daily operations and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.Collect, sort, and transport linens throughout the facility in an organized and efficient mannerInspect linens for quality, cleanliness, and damage before and after processingOperate industrial laundry equipment safely and in accordance with established proceduresMaintain accurate inventory records of linens and report any shortages or discrepanciesFold, press, and prepare linens for distribution to designated areasKeep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazardsFollow all safety protocols and housekeeping standards consistentlyAssist housekeeping team members with additional tasks as neededReport equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues promptlyMaintain punctuality and reliability in daily work scheduleQualificationsPhysical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy loads regularlyStrong attention to detail and quality awarenessExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamReliability and consistent punctualityBasic understanding of laundry procedures and fabric careAbility to operate industrial laundry equipment safelyWillingness to work flexible schedules, including early mornings or eveningsPrevious experience in housekeeping, laundry, or hospitality operations (preferred)Knowledge of fabric types and appropriate cleaning methods (preferred)Familiarity with inventory management systems (preferred)
