Chief of StaffPlug Media | Dubai, UAE | Full-Time, On-Site About Plug MediaPlug Media is one of the fastest-growing influencer marketing agencies in MENA, working with some of the world’s biggest brands, including Google, Amazon, Noon, Talabat, Samsung and more.With a track record of creating some of the region’s most viral influencer campaigns, award-winning PR stunts and experiential activations, we’re constantly pushing the boundaries of what influencer marketing can achieve.We’re building something ambitious, and we’re looking for exceptional people who want to help shape what comes next.The RoleWe’re looking for an exceptionally sharp, ambitious and resourceful Chief of Staff to work closely with our Founder & CEO and help drive the next stage of Plug Media’s growth.This is a high-impact role with exposure to virtually every aspect of the business, from operations and team leadership to campaign execution, business strategy and expansion.You’ll work across departments, solve complex challenges, lead important initiatives and play a key role in ensuring the company continues to grow efficiently.We want someone who enjoys building things, thrives in fast-moving environments and is excited by the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility early in their career.What You’ll Be Doing* Business Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, identify inefficiencies, introduce better processes and help the business scale.* Team Leadership: Coordinate across departments, monitor performance, ensure accountability and help build a high-performance culture.* Campaign Oversight: Monitor influencer marketing campaigns, timelines, deliverables and client commitments, stepping in to solve challenges when needed.* Strategy & Growth: Work closely with leadership on strategic initiatives, new opportunities, business expansion and special projects.* Project Management: Take ownership of important initiatives, coordinate stakeholders and ensure projects move from ideas to execution.* People & Culture: Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee development.* Problem Solving: Identify challenges early, develop practical solutions and take ownership of implementing them.Who We’re Looking For* Exceptionally organised and proactive.
