About this opportunitySenior Quantity Surveyor Abu Dhabi / Dubai, United Arab EmiratesAirport Aviation ProjectsPost Contract Commercial ManagementThis is a great opportunity for experienced MRICS chartered Cost Management professionals to join Gleeds Arabia, responsible for contributing to a high profile iconic mega project in the UAE.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Contract administration and commercial compliance Cost control and financial reporting Delivering high quality commercial management services ensuring that services meet and exceed our client's requirements. Managing and maintaining quality client relationshipsDeveloping and enhancing Gleeds cost management capability.Working harmoniously with other Directors across the regionWho we’re looking for:Experience, Knowledge And Key Skills10+ years cost management experience post MRICS qualification2+ years experience living and working in the GCCExtensive experience in cost consultancyDetailed knowledge and practical experience of post contract cost management Excellent organisational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environmentsSpecialist experience of delivering mega building structuresDemonstrable evidence of delivering services to Clients and managing Client relationshipsDemonstrable experience of timely interfacing with clients and key stakeholders at the highest levelQualificationsMRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), or equivalent Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent Fluent English language, written and oral Arabic language desirable About usA world of opportunityGleeds is a place to be part of something bigger.
