We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist to join our team in the UAE in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will drive data science and AI initiatives that deliver measurable business value, design and scale advanced analytics solutions and turn business challenges into actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage modern AI technologies to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.ResponsibilitiesLead data science initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes Architect and scale AI and analytics solutions across business functions Translate business requirements into data science models and actionable insights Define AI architecture and best practices for scalable solutions Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end analytical solutions Ensure data quality, governance and integrity throughout project lifecycles Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and strategic objectives Adapt approaches and priorities in response to evolving requirements Support adoption of modern AI capabilities across the organization RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (PhD is a plus) Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure Solid knowledge of Data Management principles and best practices Experience working with Azure DevOps Experience designing and implementing AI Architecture solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes Ability to succeed in a fast-paced and changing environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to haveAzure or AI-related certificationsWe offerEnd of service gratuityPrivate healthcare and life insuranceEmployee assistance programWellness programAnnual air travel allowance for expatriatesRegular performance feedback and salary reviewsGlobal travel medical and accident insuranceReferral bonusesLearning and development opportunities including in-house training and coaching, professional certifications, and courses
