Around here, we thrive on vision, energy, and a strong sense of ownership.If this feels like your kind of crew, you’ll probably fit right in.Position OverviewThe Product Manager owns the vision, strategy, and roadmap for spiderSilk’s AI-driven security products. This role sits at the heart of the company — partnering with Engineering, Design, Threat Intelligence, and Go-to-Market teams to turn complex security challenges into products our customers love. You’ll be responsible for deciding what we build and why, balancing customer needs, technical realities, and business goals to deliver continuous, intelligent, and autonomous security that makes a real difference.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned products, aligning them with company objectives and customer needsPartner with Engineering and Design to define, prioritize, and deliver features from concept through to launchTranslate customer pain points, market signals, and threat landscape insights into clear product requirements and user storiesMake data-informed prioritization decisions, balancing customer value, technical effort, and business impactManage the full product lifecycle, from discovery and validation through delivery, iteration, and continuous improvementWork closely with Threat Intelligence and Security Research teams to ensure products stay ahead of evolving threatsCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive successful launches and strong product adoptionDefine, track, and report on product metrics and KPIs to measure success and guide future decisionsRequired Experience & QualificationsProven experience as a Product Manager building technical or B2B software products (e.g. cybersecurity, AI, SaaS, or infrastructure)Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and modern, agile delivery practicesAbility to translate complex technical and security concepts into clear requirements and prioritiesExperience managing a product roadmap and prioritizing competing demands in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teamsComfort working with data and analytics to inform decisions and measure outcomesStrong understanding of the technical and security landscape across global marketsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a bias for actionPreferred QualificationsExperience building products in high-growth or scaling technology environmentsFamiliarity with the cybersecurity domain (threat detection, vulnerability research, attack surface management, or related areas)Exposure to AI/ML-driven products and an understanding of how they are built and shippedExperience working with engineering teams across multiple geographiesBackground in technology, engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
