Apt Resources is seeking a skilled and creative Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) specializing in Continental Cuisine for a prestigious restaurant located in Dubai. In this role, you will assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and presenting high-quality continental dishes while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and kitchen organization.As a DCDP, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, contributing to menu development, and supporting the culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook continental dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards.Assist the Chef de Partie in managing the kitchen station and staff.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.Ensure timely and efficient food preparation and presentation.Participate in menu planning and development as required.Adhere to food safety regulations and procedures.Assist in inventory control and stock management.RequirementsProven experience as a Deputy Chef de Partie or similar role with expertise in Continental Cuisine.Strong knowledge of continental culinary techniques and ingredients.Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Good communication and teamwork skills.Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.Culinary certification or diploma is preferred.Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.BenefitsAs per the market standards
