In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing electrical systems and equipment while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. As an Electrician, you will play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly, working collaboratively with other team members to deliver exceptional results. If you're a resilient professional who takes pride in your work and is committed to continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.Maintain and repair all electrical systems, including troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and electrical system installationsPerform routine preventative maintenance on all equipment as assigned and document findings accuratelyInstall wiring, devices, and temporary power installations while adhering to all safety protocolsEnsure strict adherence to OSHA, NEC codes, and local UAE electrical regulations and safety standardsConduct comprehensive safety checks on all electrical devices and systemsRead and interpret engineering drawings, technical literature, and maintenance instructions with precisionOperate and maintain in-house lighting control systems and related equipmentAssist with setup, teardown, and distribution of temporary power for events and special projectsMaintain adequate inventory of parts and supplies while keeping assigned work areas clean and organizedCollaborate with team members and other departments to resolve electrical issues efficientlyPerform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goalsQualifications**Required Qualifications:**Journeyman electrician certification or equivalentMinimum five years of verifiable commercial electrical experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license with a satisfactory driving recordComprehensive knowledge of OSHA and NEC codes and regulationsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical literatureStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsProficiency in preventative maintenance and electrical system installationMaterial handling equipment certification as requiredKnowledge of local UAE electrical codes and standardsPreferred QualificationsAdditional certifications in specialized electrical systems or technologiesExperience with lighting control systems and temporary power installationsDemonstrated ability to work independently and collaborativelyStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesExperience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAbility to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios to practical situationsPhysical fitness and ability to work at heights safelyPhysical RequirementsGood physical condition with regular ability to bend, kneel, and reachCapability to lift and move heavy materials regularlyAbility to stand and walk continuously throughout the workdayComfort working in both indoor and outdoor environments across varying seasonsWillingness to work flexible schedules when necessaryCore CompetenciesDetail-oriented approach to all tasks and safety proceduresProfessional demeanor with a friendly and collaborative attitudeInnovative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvementCustomer-focused approach to service deliveryResilient and decisive problem-solving abilitiesOrganized and efficient work habitsInclusive and supportive team player mentality
