Tripod Global is a leader in luxury turnkey interior design and execution, with 19 years of transforming commercial, retail and residential spaces into immersive brand experiences globally. We are looking for an experienced Joinery Estimator to join our team in Dubai. You will combine deep technical knowledge of joinery manufacturing and fit-out projects with sharp commercial judgement, producing estimates that are accurate, competitive and profitable.Key ResponsibilitiesReview drawings, specifications and project requirements to define the full scope of joinery and fit-out works.Prepare detailed BOQs, material take-offs and cost estimates for high-end projects.Calculate material, hardware, finishing, labour, workshop production, delivery and installation costs.Carry out comparison of estimates versus actual costs and conduct variance analysis to improve future estimating accuracy.Obtain, compare and negotiate supplier and subcontractor quotations to secure the best commercial terms. Prepare and maintain a unit rate list for standard items to support faster and more consistent estimation.Work closely with the design, production, procurement and project teams to confirm buildability, lead times and site requirements.Support tender submissions, including pricing breakdowns, clarifications, qualifications and revisions.Safeguard pricing accuracy and profitability, with sensible allowances for risk and contingency.Maintain an up-to-date database of material, hardware and labour rates.Requirements 4 –6 years of proven experience in joinery estimation, preferably in bespoke joinery, luxury retail, or interior fit-out.Strong ability to read and interpret technical and CAD drawings.Good knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, hardware, and manufacturing processes.Proficiency in Excel and relevant estimating or ERP software.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.Good communication and coordination skills.Relevant technical qualification or equivalent practical experience.
