About our clientOur client is a leading global alternative investment manager based in Abu Dhabi, investing across a broad range of private market strategies. As the firm continues to grow its investment platform and institutional client base, it is looking to make an addition to its project management team within client solutions. The position is based full-time in Abu Dhabi. What the job involvesCoordinating RFPs, DDQs and investor due diligence requests, working closely with investment teams and other internal stakeholdersManaging investor data rooms, fund documentation and marketing materials, ensuring information is accurate and up to dateSupporting new fund launches, including coordinating documentation, approvals and key deliverablesPreparing investor presentations, pitch materials and other fundraising documentationImproving processes around product information, governance and investor reportingSupporting the development of CRM systems, investor databases and fundraising reportingManaging multiple projects and coordinating across investment, fundraising, legal and operational teamsWho we are looking forExperience in private markets, asset management, investor relations, product management or fundraising supportHands-on experience with RFPs, DDQs, investor due diligence or fundraising documentationGood understanding of private market fund structures and fundraising processesExperience with fund launches, investor data rooms or CRM systems would be beneficialExposure to evergreen fund structures would be particularly interestingStrong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and a collaborative approach
