We are seeking an experienced Fire Safety Manager / Fire Engineering Director to lead fire safety strategy, fire engineering, compliance, risk management, and fire protection systems across buildings and projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead fire safety planning, fire engineering design, risk assessments, and compliance programmes.Review and oversee fire protection systems, fire detection, alarm, suppression, evacuation, and life safety measures.Ensure compliance with fire codes, regulations, standards, and authority requirements.Conduct fire risk assessments, inspections, audits, and safety reviews.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, authorities, and project teams.Review fire safety plans, technical submissions, designs, reports, and emergency procedures.Investigate fire safety issues, non-compliance, incidents, and corrective actions.Lead and mentor fire safety engineers, officers, and technical teams.Requirements & QualificationsDiploma/Degree in Fire Engineering, Fire Safety, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in fire safety management, fire engineering, fire protection, or a related senior role.Strong knowledge of fire codes, fire protection systems, life safety, evacuation, risk assessment, and building regulations.Familiarity with NFPA, BS, EN, local fire codes, and relevant international standards.Strong technical, analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Experience working with authorities, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.Relevant certification such as Fire Safety Manager, CFPS, PE, or equivalent is an advantage.Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, data centres, or large-scale development projects is preferred.
