We connect brands with the right creators and manage everything in between, from strategy to execution.Job Role OverviewThe Client Relations Executive is the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, ensuring clear and consistent communication, coordinating internal teams for smooth delivery, and supporting account growth through high levels of client satisfaction.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)• 1–3 years of experience in client relations, account management or a similar role• Strong communication skills across email, phone, and in-person interactions• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships• Experience collaborating with internal teams to meet client requirements• Basic understanding of sales processes, contract negotiation, and account growth• Strong organizational and problem-solving and time-management skills• Proactive mindset with strong critical-thinking abilitiesResponsibilities• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing day-to-day communication and relationships• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and in person to clearly understand needs and expectations• Build and maintain strong client partnerships to retain existing business and drive new growth• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of client solutions• Negotiate contracts and close agreements• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business development• Track, monitor, and report on key account performance metrics• Manage client issues and escalations efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels• Attend client meetings, events, shoots, or activations as needed to support on-site execution and ensure smooth campaign delivery• Support preparation of client proposals, presentations, and reports• Maintain accurate client documentation and CRM records• Stay informed on industry, digital, and market trends to better advise clientsLocation: Dubai, U.A.EStart date: ImmediateEmployment type: Full-time, On-siteExperience: 1-3 yearsLanguages: Arabic and English (proficient in both)
