We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury professional to manage day-to-day treasury operations, banking relationships, financing arrangements, and insurance coordination for domestic and overseas businesses. The ideal candidate will possess sound knowledge of treasury management, banking instruments, financial reporting, and working capital management, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day treasury operations, including coordination with banks, financial institutions.Documentation and coordination with respect to various insurance policies.Coordinate the establishment, amendment, and renewal of Local & Foreign Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees, and financing facilities.Process import payments, inward remittances, loan disbursements, and settlements in coordination with stakeholders.Prepare and maintain treasury reports, financing summaries, LC registers, Bank Guarantee registers, and stock reports.Assist in reviewing financing documentation, negotiating banking terms, and managing working capital facilities.Coordinate insurance policy renewals, endorsements, claims, and documentation with insurance providers.Liaise with Shared Services, BOT, and Project Finance teams to ensure smooth treasury operations.Maintain accurate treasury records and ensure compliance with internal controls, and company policiesNegotiate investment rates with the banks, obtain approvals from Manager Treasury and Head Treasury and invest/roll over funds timelyPrepare monthly flash and treasury reports consolidating information from domestic and overseas treasury operations with global and domestic macro-economic data to assist in efficient decision making.Skills and CompetenciesTreasury Operations, Banking Instruments & Financing Management.Financial Reporting, Investment Management & MS Excel.Banking Relationship Management & Stakeholder Coordination.Communication, Planning, Prioritization & Attention to Detail.Division & LocationDescon Engineering Limited – Corporate - Floor 7, Prestige Tower-17, Muhammad bin Zayed, Abu DhabiEligibility CriteriaEducation: ACCA / ACMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent qualification.Experience: 3–5 years of relevant treasury experience. Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or large corporate organizations will be preferred.Candidates based in UAE are encouraged to apply.
