We are hiring a 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 for an 𝐀𝐛𝐮 𝐃𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢, 𝐔𝐀𝐄 based opportunity .This role is ideal for an experienced commercial professional who knows how to identify the right partnerships, build trusted relationships, and turn strategic connections into meaningful business value.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬-Identify potential partners and develop opportunities that support business growth, market expansion, and wider commercial objectives.-Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, external partners, and senior stakeholders.-Shape partnership propositions and lead commercial discussions to create mutually beneficial agreements.-Manage existing partnerships, evaluate their performance, and identify opportunities to expand or strengthen collaboration.-Work across internal teams to bring partnership opportunities from initial concept through to successful implementation.-Monitor market developments and emerging opportunities to continuously grow and strengthen the partnership portfolio.𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬-8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, strategic alliances, commercial development, or a related field.-Proven experience building and managing strategic relationships that deliver measurable commercial or business value.-Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, develop compelling propositions, and negotiate effectively.-Excellent communication, influencing, presentation, and senior stakeholder management skills.-Ability to manage several partnerships and initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on results.-Proactive and relationship driven, with strong business judgement and the confidence to engage with senior internal and external stakeholders.𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠This is an opportunity to build high impact partnerships, create new avenues for growth, and play a direct role in strengthening the organisation’s commercial reach.𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲If you have a strong track record in partnerships and know how to turn relationships into meaningful opportunities, we would love to hear from you.***Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted***
