OverviewWe are seeking an accomplished and strategic Head of Finance & Transformation for a diversified business group based in Ras Al Khaimah. The role requires a seasoned finance leader with strong expertise in managing overseas companies financial affairs while driving finance transformation initiatives across the organization.Education, Experience & SkillsQualified CA or CPA is mandatory.Minimum 12-15 years of experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven experience managing overseas entities and multinational financial operations.Strong exposure to finance transformation, process optimization, ERP implementation and business performance management.Experience within diversified groups, holding companies, family offices or multinational organizations is highly desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee financial affairs of the Group's overseas companies and international operations, ensuring strong financial governance and compliance.Drive finance transformation initiatives, including process optimization, automation, ERP enhancement and digitalization of finance functions.Develop and execute financial strategies, budgets, forecasts and performance management frameworks aligned with business objectives.Oversee treasury, cash flow, working capital management and capital allocation to support sustainable growth.Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, consolidation and compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic financial insights, support investment decisions, and drive organizational transformation initiatives
