Team members are encouraged to bring creativity, professionalism, and service excellence to every client engagement.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hairstylist role based inUnited Arab Emirates- Multiple Emirates The Hairstylist will provide professional hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments aligned with client preferences and hair type. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their needs, recommending suitable styles and hair care routines, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the salon environment. The role also involves building strong client relationships, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and collaborating with team members to support a welcoming and efficient workplace.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong technical skills in Hair Styling and Cosmetology, with experience in cutting, coloring, and hair treatments.Candidates should possess solid Hair Care knowledge, including product recommendations, hair health maintenance, and tailored care for different hair types.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction, professionalism, and responsiveness.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including active listening.Prior experience working in a salon or similar environment, ideally in a diverse and fast-paced setting.Ability to work flexible hours as needed and maintain a polished, professional appearance.Fluency in English is required; additional languages commonly spoken in the UAE are an advantage.
