This role supports day-to-day rental operations by welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and assisting with vehicle selection and rental agreements. The Sales Assistant manages reservations, prepares documentation, processes payments, and ensures accurate data entry in internal systems. Responsibilities include answering inquiries in person and by phone or email, providing product and pricing information, and resolving basic customer issues promptly and professionally. The role also involves maintaining an organized rental desk, coordinating with the operations team regarding vehicle availability, and actively promoting add-on services and upgrades to meet sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to engage professionally with diverse customers and build positive relationships.Clear and confident Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain rental terms, pricing, and policies accurately.Sales skills with a focus on upselling, cross-selling, and meeting revenue targets in a customer-centric manner.Effective Organization Skills to handle multiple reservations, documents, and customer requests in a fast-paced environment.Basic computer proficiency and experience using point-of-sale or reservation systems.Prior experience in car rental, hospitality, retail, or related customer-facing roles is an asset.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.Fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are an advantage.
