About Fanatics MomentumFanatics Momentum is building a regulated commercial gaming operator in the UAE.The business operates across lottery, iGaming, sportsbook, and digital content under a General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority license.Role OverviewThe Lead Product Manager, Casino will help build a modern digital Casino proposition for the UAE.The role owns a substantial Casino domain across discovery, content, personalization, and engagement.The role balances customer needs, commercial outcomes, and product experience across a complex content portfolio.Product OwnershipOwn Casino strategy and roadmap within the assigned domain.Own game discovery and navigation.Lead content merchandising and presentation.Manage Live Dealer and RNG experiences.Develop personalized recommendations and engagement experiences.Own promotions, VIP product journeys, and cross-sell with Sportsbook and Lottery.Lead experimentation and product performance measurement.Expected OutcomesImprove game discovery and conversion.Increase customer frequency and retention.Create a clearer and more differentiated Casino experience.Launch meaningful new capabilities.Establish clear customer and commercial metrics.Required QualificationsAt least 7 years of Product Management experience across consumer digital products.Strong Casino or gaming product experience, particularly with large content portfolios, suppliers, or personalization.Experience owning substantial product domains end to end.Strong product craft across discovery, experimentation, merchandising, analytics, retention, personalization, and consumer UX.Strong commercial and analytical mindset with data-driven product decision experience.Experience working in a regulated environment.Experience collaborating with Product Design, Engineering, Commercial, CRM, and Operations.Experience leveraging AI to accelerate product discovery, analysis, experimentation, and delivery.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Live Casino, RNG or slots, VIP propositions, game aggregation, recommendation systems, or international regulated gaming is preferred.
