Senior Manager - ML & AI SafetyUnited Arab EmiratesPermanent PositionWe are looking for a Senior Manager to help lead AI safety and readiness projects for a bank in the UAE. You will be a key player between business and technical, ensuring the safety and security of the businesses AI solutions. Your responsibilities:GenAI Evals and GuardrailsPredictive Machine LearningStakeholder Management: AI project teams/ AI CoE membersPolicies, Processes, Systems and ProceduresIdentify opportunities within the AI roadmapExperience needed:Experience in banking or financial services7+ years in ML or Data SciencePython code proficiency XAI librariesLLM evaluation frameworks (e.g., Ragas, Giskard, Arize)Systems DesignLeadership and managementIndustryBanking or FSDegreeMSc or PhD in Com Sci, Data Science, Statistics or related field. *Must have a degree to apply for this job*PackageTax free salary & bonusVisa + familyMedical insurance + familyRelocation allowances (if relocating from overseas)**Due to the high volume of applicants, only candidates with the above experience will be contacted**
