Civil Project CoordinatorPool Store Swimming Pools LLC | Dubai | Full-timeWe are looking for a Civil Project Coordinator with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE to support our swimming pool construction, landscaping, and renovation projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare quotations, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.Prepare and revise 2D/3D Architectural drawings based on project requirements.Prepare project schedules and coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.Follow up on material prices, purchases, and deliveries.Monitor site progress and report delays or issues to management.Coordinate client requirements, drawing approvals, inspections, and handover.Maintain project records and progress reports.RequirementsDiploma or degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in civil construction, project coordination, and estimation in the UAE.Experience preparing quotations and calculating quantities.Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.3D drawing skills preferred, using SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, or similar software.Swimming pool, landscaping, or villa project experience is an advantage.Good communication, organisation, and follow-up skills.Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.Apply with your updated CV.
