Our Finance, Legal, Compliance, Investor Relations, Risk, and Corporate Governance teams collaborate to ensure financial information is disclosed accurately, consistently, and in accordance with applicable reporting requirements.We prioritize strong disclosure controls, reliable financial information, and effective stakeholder communication to support informed decision-making, maintain investor confidence, and strengthen relationships with regulators, shareholders, lenders, business partners, and other stakeholders.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Disclosure Specialist to lead the preparation, review, coordination, and control of financial disclosures, regulatory filings, financial statements, investor communications, and other formal financial reporting materials.The ideal candidate will combine strong financial-reporting knowledge with expertise in disclosure requirements, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and stakeholder coordination. This role will ensure that financial disclosures are complete, accurate, consistent, appropriately approved, and submitted within established deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation, review, and coordination of financial disclosures across relevant business entities, subsidiaries, and reporting structures.Coordinate periodic financial reporting activities, including quarterly, semi-annual, and annual disclosure cycles.Prepare and review financial statements, financial notes, management commentary, and supporting disclosure schedules.Coordinate the preparation of annual reports, interim reports, earnings releases, financial summaries, and other formal financial communications.Ensure financial disclosures comply with applicable accounting standards, securities regulations, listing requirements, and reporting obligations.Monitor changes in financial-reporting standards, disclosure regulations, regulatory guidance, and corporate reporting practices.Assess the impact of new or revised disclosure requirements on existing reporting processes, templates, controls, and documentation.Interpret relevant disclosure requirements and translate them into practical reporting procedures and implementation plans.Coordinate with Finance and Accounting teams to obtain complete and accurate financial information.Reconcile disclosed financial figures with approved financial statements, management accounts, general ledger records, and supporting schedules.Validate financial data, calculations, comparative figures, explanatory notes, and reporting-period information.Review financial disclosures for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable requirements.Verify that disclosures are supported by appropriate documentation, calculations, assumptions, and approvals.Identify inconsistencies between financial statements, management commentary, investor presentations, regulatory filings, and other published materials.Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with the relevant Finance, Accounting, Legal, or Compliance teams.Ensure material financial information is appropriately identified, documented, reviewed, and escalated.Support the assessment and documentation of material financial events, transactions, commitments, contingencies, and other disclosure matters.Coordinate disclosures relating to significant transactions, acquisitions, disposals, financing arrangements, impairments, provisions, and other material developments where applicable.Review disclosures concerning revenue, expenses, profitability, assets, liabilities, cash flows, debt, liquidity, and capital structure.Support preparation of accounting-policy disclosures, significant accounting judgments, estimates, and related explanatory notes.Coordinate the disclosure of related-party transactions, commitments, contingencies, subsequent events, and other required financial information.Work with Tax, Treasury, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Governance teams to obtain information relevant to financial disclosures.Liaise with external auditors to address disclosure-related queries, audit adjustments, supporting schedules, and financial statement review comments.Coordinate with external consultants, reporting advisers, and other professional service providers on complex disclosure matters.Support the preparation of regulatory filings, statutory submissions, and other mandatory financial reporting deliverables.Maintain a comprehensive financial disclosure calendar covering reporting deadlines, review milestones, approval requirements, and submission dates.Monitor filing deadlines and coordinate timely completion of all required deliverables.Establish clear workflows for preparing, reviewing, approving, and submitting financial disclosures.Coordinate reviews with senior management, Finance leadership, Legal, Compliance, Investor Relations, and other authorized stakeholders.Ensure appropriate sign-offs and approvals are obtained before financial information is released externally.Maintain version control, document histories, approval records, and audit trails for disclosure materials.Ensure disclosure documents use approved terminology, consistent financial definitions, and standardized reporting formats.Review financial tables, charts, footnotes, cross-references, narrative explanations, and comparative presentations.Ensure financial information is presented clearly and consistently for investors, regulators, shareholders, lenders, and other intended audiences.Support the preparation and review of investor-facing financial presentations, earnings materials, shareholder communications, and financial fact sheets.Coordinate with Investor Relations and Communications teams to maintain consistency between published financial information and approved corporate messaging.Support disclosure reviews for financing transactions, capital-raising activities, debt issuances, and other corporate transactions where applicable.Help identify disclosure risks arising from incomplete information, inconsistent financial data, ambiguous wording, or missed reporting deadlines.Escalate material disclosure issues, potential reporting errors, and compliance concerns to appropriate
