Organizational Development ManagerRole Description We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Organizational Development Manager to support organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and long-term business growth. The role involves developing and implementing organizational development strategies, assessing organizational needs, supporting talent and leadership development, and driving initiatives that enhance culture, performance, and employee capabilities. The successful candidate will collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to identify organizational challenges, develop practical solutions, and support change initiatives. The role also includes analyzing organizational data, monitoring key people metrics, evaluating development programs, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.Excellent analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.Ability to assess organizational needs and translate business objectives into practical people initiatives.Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with HR analytics, employee surveys, performance systems, and organizational development tools.Strong understanding of change management and organizational culture principles.Proactive, adaptable, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, and commitment to building a high-performing organization.
