We're Hiring | Specialist Pulmonologist📍 Location: Abu Dhabi💼 Employment Type: Full-TimeA leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi is seeking a qualified and experienced Specialist Pulmonologist to join its medical team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnosing, treating, and managing respiratory diseases, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage acute and chronic respiratory conditions, including asthma, COPD, pneumonia, and interstitial lung diseasesConduct comprehensive respiratory assessments and develop individualized treatment plansInterpret pulmonary function tests (PFTs), arterial blood gases, and diagnostic imagingPerform and interpret diagnostic procedures, including bronchoscopy, within approved clinical privilegesManage patients with respiratory infections, pulmonary fibrosis, and sleep-related breathing disordersProvide specialized care for patients with complex pulmonary conditions and respiratory failureCollaborate with critical care, internal medicine, and other multidisciplinary teamsMonitor treatment outcomes and adjust management plans based on clinical progressEducate patients on respiratory disease prevention, smoking cessation, and long-term disease managementMaintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with DOH regulations and hospital policiesParticipate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical educationRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS/MD or equivalent recognized medical qualificationRecognized postgraduate specialization in Pulmonology / Respiratory MedicineValid DOH Specialist License or Eligibility Letter, or eligibility to obtain oneRelevant post-qualification clinical experience in accordance with UAE PQR requirementsStrong expertise in pulmonary diagnostics, respiratory disease management, and clinical proceduresExcellent communication, clinical decision-making, and patient management skillsBenefitsCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageModern healthcare facilities with advanced diagnostic and treatment technologiesSupportive and collaborative working environmentOpportunities for professional development and career advancementExposure to a diverse patient populationImportant Note for ApplicantsIf you have already submitted your CV to Astra Promed FZC , please do not reapply for the same or other advertised positions.
