You'll work closely with clients and candidates, using market insights, talent mapping and strong relationship-building skills to deliver the best possible recruitment outcomes.What you'll be doing:Sourcing, engaging and assessing talent across platforms such as LinkedIn, GulfTalent and internal systemsBuilding strong candidate pipelines and presenting quality shortlistsConducting market mapping and sharing useful insights with clientsRepresenting clients professionally in the marketManaging searches from initial briefing through to successful completionDeveloping new client relationships and contributing to business growthWorking collaboratively with the wider team and sharing market knowledge What we're looking for:Previous recruitment agency experience, ideally within Sales or Technology across the UAE/Gulf regionStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approachConfidence working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentA collaborative mindset and genuine interest in building long-term partnerships What's in it for you:Monthly paid uncapped commissionClear career progression plansHybrid and flexible workingMonthly wellbeing initiativesWeekly prizes and incentivesOne paid volunteering day per year You must have experience in a Recruitment Agency
