Lunasol is looking for a marketing specialist who speaks Russian.Quick intro: we’re a Dubai-based team doing video, social media, paid ads, SEO and AI visibility (GEO) for businesses across the UAE. Small team, fast pace, real clients, no corporate layers. We’re growing quickly and need one more strong person on the marketing side.What you’d do:Work with clients who prefer to do business in Russian, from the first call to monthly resultsPlan content and campaigns for Instagram, TikTok and Meta AdsWork closely with the people who shoot, edit and post, so the plan actually gets deliveredKeep an eye on the numbers and tell the client (and us) what’s working and what isn’tWhat we need:Minimum 3 years of hands-on marketing experience, agency or in-house, as long as you’ve actually run campaigns and content yourselfFluent Russian and strong English. Our team, our clients and most of our work are in English, so you need to be fully comfortable writing and speaking it, not just getting byAlready living in the UAE. This is not a remote or relocation roleYou can sit down with a business owner, understand what they want and turn it into a planWhat you get: a team that moves fast, clients from all kinds of industries, and a lot of room to own things.
