Whether you're seeking excitement, relaxation, or cultural enrichment, we offer something for everyone.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Specialist to support, enhance, and optimize our Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM environment. The role will act as the key subject matter expert for Oracle HCM modules, working closely with HR stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to deliver system enhancements, integrations, reporting, and continuous improvements across the employee lifecycle.The successful candidate will combine strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM with technical expertise in integrations, data migration, reporting, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable and scalable workforce technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Absence Management, Workforce Management, Payroll, and HR Help Desk.Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system solutions.Configure and enhance Oracle HCM applications based on business and operational needs.Support implementation of new functionality, patches, quarterly releases, and system upgrades.Develop and maintain HCM reports, dashboards, OTBI reports, HCM Extracts, and analytics.Manage data migration, HDL/HSDL loads, data validation, and reconciliation activities.Support and monitor integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems.Investigate and resolve production issues, working with Oracle Support and implementation partners when required.Conduct system testing, UAT support, defect management, and deployment activities.Ensure compliance with security, access governance, audit, and data privacy requirements.Provide functional guidance and user support to HR stakeholders.Prepare user documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions.Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and employee self-service enhancements.Qualifications & ExperienceEssentialBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.6+ years of experience supporting Oracle HCM applications.Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.Hands-on experience with implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement activities.Experience working with HR business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of Oracle HCM business processes and best practices.PreferredOracle Fusion Cloud HCM Certification.Experience with Oracle EBS HRMS.Experience supporting large-scale Oracle HCM transformation projects.Technical SkillsEssentialOracle Fusion Core HRTalent ManagementRecruitingLearningCompensationAbsence ManagementWorkforce ManagementPayrollOracle ME & JourneysHR Help DeskOTBI ReportingHCM ExtractsHDL / HSDLBPM WorkflowsSecurity & Role AdministrationPreferredFast FormulaSQL DeveloperOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)BI PublisherData Loader ToolsAPI and integration knowledgeShape the Future With UsAt Miral Experiences, we don’t just create world-class destinations - we create unforgettable memories for our guests and remarkable careers for our people.From theme parks and attractions to guest services and behind-the-scenes roles, every member of our team plays a part in delivering exceptional experiences.
