Lead regional people strategy across a large groupShape healthcare workforce growthAbout Our ClientLeading healthcare services group operating across multiple GCC marketsJob DescriptionDevelop and execute group-wide human capital strategy aligned with business objectives.Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team.Lead HR operations, governance, policies, and workforce planning across multiple entities.Drive talent acquisition strategies for clinical, corporate, and executive hiring.Establish succession planning, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness programs.Oversee learning and development initiatives, including a healthcare academy framework.Lead employee engagement, wellbeing, culture, and retention initiatives.Manage compensation, benefits, and reward strategies.Ensure compliance with labour laws and workforce localisation requirements.Support acquisitions, integrations, hospital openings, and expansion projects.Monitor HR metrics, workforce analytics, and organisational performance indicators.Build relationships with regulatory authorities, academic institutions, and external partners.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience.Arabic Speaker ESSENTIALAt least 8-10 years of experience within healthcare organisations.Experience leading HR across multi-site and multi-country operations.Proven track record partnering with CEOs, Boards, or executive leadership teams.Strong knowledge of UAE and KSA employment legislation and workforce localisation programs.Expertise in organisational development, workforce planning, compensation, talent management, and change leadership.Fluent English and Arabic language skills.Ability to operate effectively within multicultural GCC environments.Professional HR certifications and postgraduate qualifications are advantageousWhat's on OfferThere is a competitive package of up to 75,000 AED + Benefits and the unrivalled opportunity to lead the HR agenda across groupContact: Sevda SavasQuote job ref: JN-102026-7125382
