Mortgage Pro is committed to delivering a smooth, transparent, and reliable experience for individuals and families seeking property ownership.Role Description The Senior Mortgage Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for advising clients on mortgage options and guiding them through the complete home financing process. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client financial profiles, recommending suitable mortgage products, and managing applications from pre-qualification to final approval. The role involves coordinating with lenders, real estate partners, and internal teams to ensure timely processing and accurate documentation. The Senior Mortgage Consultant will build and maintain strong client relationships, provide clear explanations of terms and conditions, and uphold compliance with local regulations and company policies. This role also contributes to business growth by identifying opportunities, meeting performance targets, and supporting continuous improvements in service quality.QualificationsStrong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgages, with proven experience in advising clients on home financing solutions.Solid background in Finance and Mortgage Lending, including the ability to interpret financial documents and assess creditworthiness.Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, clarity, and building long-term client relationships.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information in an accessible manner.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical practices.Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Prior experience in the UAE real estate or banking sector is highly beneficial.
